False claims about the Qur’an
“Do scientists read the Qur’an, did Einstein read it? How accurate are the claims made by the clerics?
Banggu Mollah, for no reason, claims Dr. Enayetullah Abbasi says that Einstein (in his pronunciation “Ainostein”) used to read the Qur’an Sharif the most, and that after his death the Qur’an Sharif was found placed at the very top in his house. You will find the video here.
Whereas the reality is, Einstein was of Jewish descent, he had a deep attachment to and sympathy for Jewish culture, but he did not follow Jewish religious rituals or worship, he did not believe in any God who determines human fate, listens to human prayers, or rewards and punishes anyone. He described such notions as “childish”. In an interview Einstein himself said, “I believe in Spinoza’s God who reveals himself in the orderly harmony of what exists, not in a God who concerns himself with fates and actions of human beings.” That is, he regarded the laws of physics of the universe and the order within it as a kind of miracle or God. He did not call himself a complete atheist, because he thought that the mystery of the creation of the universe cannot be fully understood by human beings with their limited intellect. So he preferred to describe himself as an “agnostic” or a kind of “religious nonbeliever with a cosmic religious feeling”. He had no interest in the Qur’an, in his life he probably never even touched it, he never had the need to.
“I do not believe in a personal God and I have never denied this but have expressed it clearly. If something is in me which can be called religious then it is the unbounded admiration for the structure of the world so far as our science can reveal it.”
These are Einstein’s own words, he himself says one thing and the Banggu Mollahs say something else, and everyone sitting in front again chants ‘Allahu Akbar!’
After Albert Einstein’s death, the way his room and office were in Princeton Hospital in America, photos and inventories of those were recorded. There was no existence or mention of the Qur’an there.
Einstein died on 18 April 1955 at Princeton Hospital in New Jersey. Within just a few hours of his death, Ralph Morse, the famous photographer of LIFE magazine, was able to enter Einstein’s personal office in Princeton. There he took several historic photographs of Einstein’s desk and room—exactly as Einstein had left them in his final moments.

In the picture it is clearly seen that his desk was extremely messy. There were numerous scientific journals, draft papers of mathematics, his smoking pipe, a tin of tobacco, and on the blackboard in the background some equations from his last research (Unified Field Theory) were written. There was no religious scripture or Qur’an Sharif there.

After Einstein’s death, all his personal letters, list of books, diaries and documents were handed over to the “Albert Einstein Archives” of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. On their official website (alberteinstein.info) the complete catalog or list of what books were in Einstein’s personal library is preserved in digital form. The American Institute of Physics and Princeton University Press have jointly published a list of every document of his life under the title “The Collected Papers of Albert Einstein”, which is open online. You can also see those. There is no Qur’an—no “Foran”—there.
Now tell me, where do all these tout Mollahs like Abbasi get such absurd information from? And people even raise funds and pay him 50,000 taka per hour, flying him around in helicopters just to listen to his talks. These are the people who “promote science” in Bangladesh! What could be more unfortunate for a nation than this? These kinds of video speeches are not just ordinary—they produce millions of ignorant, fanatical Islamic junk minds. They are the “Tawhidi Janata”, the mob—there is no trace of logic, intellect, science, or common sense in their heads.
