Muhammad's Book - Quran

A random page from Muhammad’s self‑made book Qur’an and its unscientific statements

Sometimes I flip through random pages of Muhammad’s self‑made book Qur’an, and today this page came up. The Chumin brothers say, “Look, Islam has beautifully laid out rules about whom one cannot marry; in the age of ignorance no one followed these.” The point is, Islam’s narrative of “Jahiliyyah” is a deception. Those rough, famine‑stricken desert nomads had no neutral history anyway, because they had no ancient or modern contribution to human civilization; no one wrote about them. And long before Islam, these marriage‑related rules and prohibitions already existed in the neighboring rich civilizations of Mesopotamia (Babylonian), ancient Hebrew (Jewish), Egyptian, and Roman societies. Islam’s Allah did not invent these; Muhammad just copy‑pasted them.

Islam, on the other hand, legalized first‑cousin marriage, which civilized societies consider incest, and which is banned in 32 states in a country like the United States. Science also discourages it because children from such marriages can be weak and suffer from many genetic diseases. Research and statistics say so. The risk of recessive genetic disorders increases significantly in children born from close‑kin marriages. Studies show that congenital defects are twice as common in children born from cousin marriages. In many Middle Eastern countries, where cousin‑marriage rates are 30–50%, the prevalence of genetic diseases is alarming.

Meanwhile, Islam even allows marrying an adopted daughter. Many boys and girls grow up with their adoptive parents. Those parents raise them like their own children and give them a share of property. But none of them marry their adopted child after seeing her exposed body and becoming sexually aroused, like Prophet Muhammad did. Islam has a rule that when an adopted daughter grows up, the adoptive father may marry her. Imagine how horrible that is! A father raises a little girl with paternal affection, and when she grows up, he sees her youth and marries her! But Islam permits this. Look at the tafsir of Surah Ahzab; you cannot escape by saying you don’t accept hadith—this is stated in the Qur’an. This practice still exists in Iran. Search online and you will find it. Iranian men used to become desperate to marry their adopted daughters even when they were children; under pressure from human‑rights groups, Iran’s parliament passed a law in September 2013 that, honoring this Islamic principle, allows a father to marry his adopted daughter once she turns 13. They set an age limit—still 13! State‑sanctioned pedophilia, and beyond that, a huge moral issue.

Islam has tainted the sacred relationship between parents and children. Marrying adoptive parents! Shame, shame, shame, shame, Islam, how could you be so bad? Even though civilization discourages it, Islam has permitted marriage with relations like maternal aunt, paternal aunt, uncle‑in‑law, etc. One can even marry the mother‑in‑law in Islam (if the husband has not consummated the marriage and then divorces the wife). Yet our common sense and social norms do not allow that; we see the mother‑in‑law as a mother.

If you consider all this from the perspective of modern science and human civilization, you will see that Islam is a very medieval system. The Qur’an is completely useless, full of errors, unscientific, inhumane, and filled with darkness.

A part of my hand is visible; I’m worried someone might slap an Islamic spell on me!
